Agar Kulit Kaki Tidak Mengeras (Kapalan)

  1. Taruh air hangat di ember, tuang garam sebanyak 1 sendok makan
  2. Rendam kaki di air tersebut selama 30 menit,  pagi dan sore
  3. Lakukan selama seminggu dan kulit kali yang mengeras (kapalan) itu pun akan hilang (sumber: Buku Pintar Keluarga – Edi Sigar & Ernawati)
